SCALE OF REFUND Should the engagement terminate during the first 12 WEEKS, a partial refund will be given as follows (providing payment terms are met):
There will be no refund where the candidate leaves during or after the 25th week of Engagement. OTHER PLACEMENTS Part-time, short term, freelance, consultancy, self-employed or commission only placements, charged pro-rata to annual remuneration.
