Description :	Our client is a leading mobile operator based throughout the world. With a real commitment to succeed in a competitive environment, a new position of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) has been created for it’s operations in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the General Manager, this is an exciting and rewarding position for candidates who are actively seeking new opportunities within a challenging environment. The Chief Marketing Officer will take responsibility for the overall strategic and tactical direction of all marketing activities in the company. The market is extremely competitive and requires a confident and creative Marketing professional who has already worked in Middle East. Key Responsibilities: • Create and implement marketing strategies along with the GM • Create strong brand awareness campaigns and implement • Value Added Services (VAS) • Customer Service operations including call centres (outsourced) • Review direct distribution model and improve where possible • Develop market awareness tools • Budget management • Recruit and build strong teams with a strong performance culture Required Experience: • Minimum of 6 years senior marketing management experience in developing countries, preferably in Middle East • Strong marketing capability preferably gained within a fast moving customer focused telecoms environment (non food FMCG candidates also considered) • Some sales experience would be an advantage • Strong brand and campaign management experience essential • Proven experience of recruiting and managing multi-cultural teams • Experience of developing and implementing VAS • Fluency in Arabic needed • Ability to work with and motivate multi cultural teams • Educated to degree level ideally with an MBA
