Description :	Department: Finance & Accounting Reporting To: Finance Director Key Responsibilities • Active participation in growth and margin improvement of accounts by providing financial support to contract changes and set-up. • Member of the contract negotiations team. • Provide commercial input to contacts with clients, and if necessary client’s representatives and monitor their accounts. • Assist in drafting and promote usage of commercial procedures and ensure commercial frameworks are in place and being followed. • Calculate business scenarios including financial risk. • Provide input to dispute identification and management, project risk profiling and management. • Support legal team to maintain a complete library of up to date conditions of contract. • Support indirect procurement decision and work according to total cost ownership. Person Specification • Experience in fast growing environment (telecommunication or FMCG preferred). • 3-5 years experience in the setting up of contracts. • Strong negotiation skills. • Excellent time management and organization skills to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within costs. • Appreciation and understanding of different cultures. • Flexible approach • Solution oriented, analytical and good problem solving skills
