Description :	Telecom Licensing Dept Responsibility scope The job holder assists in overseeing the compliance of the licensing obligations. Key Responsibilities • Verify the analysis prepared by the Specialist on operators/ service providers’ proposition on licensing, complaints on rejected request etc. • Supervise the follow up activities conducted by Specialist on service provider's activities. • Supervise contractual obligations regarding licensing network and operating transmission system. • Respond to problems emerging services related to liberalization and introduction of operators and service providers. • Monitor the follow-up actions on the operators/ service providers’ obligations. • Supervise the preparation and improvement of the telecom license criteria. • Supervise the preparation and improvement of telecom licenses for operators and service providers. • Verify periodic reports prepared by Specialist. • Liaise with other Units on issues related to telecoms licensing so as to ensure all necessary aspects and needs between Telecoms Licensing and other Units are considered and coordinated. • Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary licensing development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization • Represent my client and provide advice on issues related to Licensing and Compliance 61656; In the absence of the Department Manager (and when assigned), take over his/ her roles and responsibilities. Candidate Profile • Masters in Telecoms Engineering with >4 years relevant experience in the telecom field • Bachelor in Telecoms Engineering with >7 years relevant experience in the telecom field Specific Job Skills • Overall Knowledge of the telecommunication industry and telecom licensing • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English • Strong ability to deal with people with cultural and ethnic background. • Good managerial and supervisory skills
